Accessibility

All of our bedrooms are located on the first floor or higher, and please note that there is no lift due to the building’s Grade II listed status. Each of our rooms is unique, with different bedroom and bathroom layouts that may suit some guests’ needs better than others.

Reservation Information 

All prices quoted are per room, per night and inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Tariffs shown exclude Christmas and New Year, when special packages are available. It is not our policy to include a Service Charge. This is entirely at the discretion of our guests.

Confirmation and Deposits

100% of the first nights stay, per room is required on making a reservation. We accept cash, cheque and credit cards
No reduction is made for early departures.

Deposits are refundable if more than 3 days notice is given.

Cancellations

The full cost of any reservation will be charged if cancelled within three days of arrival date. We advise insurance to cover all eventualities.

Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date purchased. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for Cash. For voucher values exceeding any invoicing, please note that change cannot be given. Expired vouchers are unable to be redeemed, refunded or extended.

Arrivals

Rooms are available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival.

The Hotel Bar

The Spout Bar and Hotel bar are open from 11am-11pm daily and food is served from 12 – 3 and 5 – 8.30pm daily.

The Restaurant

The restaurant is open from 6pm – 8pm daily; we would ask all guests and customers to please pre-book your table. All our food is cooked to order, using fresh local suppliers. Smart dress is required in the Restaurant.

Breakfast

Full Yorkshire or Continental breakfast is served in the main restaurant, Monday to Sunday 8.00am-10am. Room service breakfasts are also available (tray charge applies).

Smoking Policy

All hotel areas are strictly no smoking including bedrooms.
